It comes with an extra battery, 4GB memory stick, case, 2-yr protection plan, and I think all of the original stuff like the USB cable, software CD, box and papers. I'm looking for $250 shipped.
I work at Best Buy, so I made sure the 2-yr protection plan is transferable and indeed it is. It's good till May 2010 and it covers everything aside from theft and full submersion in water. Dropping it, spilling coke, and the like are all part of the coverage. There are a few cosmetic blemishes, but it works perfectly and takes great pics. Thank you for your interest!
