Silver Cone and Black Cone?

Well I was just curious if the new Kicker L7's with a black cone perform any better or sound any different then the older Silver Cone L7's?

How so and it what areas? Audibly is there a difference between the two?

different cone mass, so on paper most parameters change very little, but in a car, powered, you may never 'hear' the difference, but the newer ones will hold more power.
