silk or titanium comps?

Hello, I am about to make a purchase of comps from crystal for a birthday gift for my brother. He listens to mostly rap and punk music. He wants the same comps as me, the crystal csc50, but he never told me if he wants silk or titanium. What would you guys recommend if you were in my situation...and both are the same price.

silk tend to sound a little softer and titanium are a bit more bright......depends on his taste

oh no reason..

to me, alternative music has lots of bright highs, especially when that cymbol thingy stuff hits. just hope he doesnt' suffer some ear damage with that titanium tweeter

i like titanium u can see this by my twees below..but i listen to mostly raggae and soca so that probably does better wit hmy music taste.
