"I am now running all yellow tops (9 total) off the stock alternator and with 8 kw i am dropping to around 12.5 volts. I have been very careful with my gains and the factory glue smell on the voice coil is pretty heavy now. Will that smell eventually go away? i know all that glue has to burn off the coil one day. Coarse I do have the option of strapping 2 mempis 4kws on each woofer at 16000 watts. my voltage might drop a little then"...

we gave props to his system.

but we wont give props to him, because it doesnt take an idiot to know that 2 18" in the back off an eclipse with 8k is gonna be loud. if you can make a decent box, you will be loud.

my reasoning why hes a queer? 1, he doesnt know what hes talkin about. hes trying to sound smart...but it aint working. and 2, he has enough money for 9 yellowtops, but still rides around in his eclipse with its cool alteeza lights and no soundeadening rattling like a tin can.
