How loud can 1 (12) inch Mag D2 be in the right enclosure. Is a mag all that people say it is. Are they in the top 5 subs out there today???

they are awesome subs and will get very loud in the correct enclosure and with enough power to run them. very impressive imo

i have a 15" sealed, and it gets pretty loud. i mean i perfer it over the sx 15" ported i ran before it. i think someone metered their mag sealed and got like 139.X, and i havent gotten mine metered yet. when req gets back home and i have some free time i am gonna go visit him and marc, and see if i can get a little time in on his meter.

well, i have still yet to install mine, im waiting for it to get a lil warmer, and to figure out where the leak in my trunk is... but ill have mine in a 2.5 @ 32 hz wanging off an orion 1200d @ 1 ohm.... My last setup was a RE HC 12" with a planet audio p1250d in a 3.2 @ 32 hz @ 1 ohm, so they both are going to be seeing the same amount of power...
