SI BM 10" vs. AA Arsenal 10"

ive kind of narrowed down my search for new equipment to these two subs. what are the advantages/disadvantages of each?

odds are im getting a US AMPS XTerminator 2000d which does like 1200 watts to power them.

if i keep my same car (95 4runner) i can build a bigger ported box, but theres a possibility i will get a 4 door truck similar to a nissan frontier, so space may be limited under the seats. will either of these sound better in a small sealed box than the other?

Assassin is a nice budget sub, but the BM will own it in nearly every situation. The Arsenal would be a better matchup vs. the BM and would be one I'd be interesting in seeing.
