shoulder problems

For a week now i have been haveing probelms with my left shoulder. Right in the joint it feels like. Its like a pinching pain when i move it certin ways it hurts more. I woke up one day and it was like it. Now to day i just woke up with my other shoulder giving me the same problem. The pain is unbarable. i havent even hurt eithher. Got any idea where i should start and what is wrong or what i shoudl do ?
