im looking to get an alarm installed as well as some tint. does anyone know any DECENT shops in MN that i could check out?

I had my alarm installed at mach 1 in golden valley. Not bad service. tacovic does that mean you drive a tundra or a crown vic?

i was thinking about just going to mach 1 but i have read some bad stories about them. maybe ill go in there and talk to the manager and let him know whats up. if i am paying someone to do work for me i expect grade A quality. i just dont have the time to put in my alarm and i dont have the skills to tint.

and tacovic- tacoma +civic. i drive a 2000 tacoma and a 2006 civic.

mach 1sucks.. go to an auto paint/detail / accessory shop for tint, you twit.. Not a car audio shop

last descent place I was at in the twin cities was BZ2

Mach 1 blows... I have never seen such a rip off on EVERYTHING in stock. They wanted almost $600 for a Kinetik 2400, $80 for a terminal cup, and $8-9 a foot for 1/0 gauge wire.

Sweet Sounds in Mankato is my favorite.

Ok well I highly doubt driving 2 hours to mankato to get an alarm installed is practical.

I bought my alarm on ebay and had mach one install it for a great price. It is defective now but thats not there fault I am waiting for clifford to send a replacement brain

I do agree with the other guy i wouldnt go to mach1 for tint. I would go to the asians in brooklyn park I forget the shop name but they love u long time

ehh.. its like an hour and a half. I plan on driving there from Burnsville for my alarm install. I just hate Mach One because of their prices. Retail is one thing but anal **** with no lube is another. I have no doubt that they can install however...

are you talking about hyper tek? i have taken vehicles there and have been impressed. but i thought they were out of business.
