anybody know how this works they gave me a RMA# but i guess theres a $29 charge? hows this work they didnt say anything in the e-mail, you think maybe they waved the fee since my amp was JUST ordered? they said within a certain amount of time they do that and mine exceeded the time by like 3 days?

Yea I heard something about that - to cover the cost of return shipping? Personally I wouldn't deal with any company that charges you to have them ship it back to you (being that it costed you to ship to them and put yourself out because of a defective product - naturally they should send it back so it's even).

yea i thought that having to pay to get my amp BACK after they sent me a crap one was pretty shady, but i think the guy is cutting me a break and giving me free shipping back. i just hope it doesnt take forever to get back to me.
