Sometimes I charge to much but sometimes I get burned on shipping charges... Like when I ship a Baseball card or something... I charge $3 and I have people ***** about it... Granted shipping usally runs $1-1.50 but then u have to add in the price for the padded envelope which I have to drive 20 miles to get and also the drive to the post office.... SO i would just forget about it.... Just make sure next time ask the person to take extra care packaging your item

I will go against the grain on this and say looking at the shipping price is the buyers thing. I sell my DVD's for .99 cents with $4 shipping because I want $5 per DVD. If I put them up for $4 and $1 shipping no one would bid.

I also never weight shit I sell so sometimes I get screwed. For example I sold an old XBOX on ebay and charged $20 for shipping and it came to like $28 so I just ate it.. If I had to guess a price for shipping a sub I would probably put $25-30

I dont mind paying $30 for a sub that is secured and safe from damages.

I also would think he would at least have tracking and/or insurance on the package.

Just hook it up to a home stereo reciever or anything, just to make the cone move... or even a 9 volt battery, then push on the cone and listen for noise.
