I point that the rebuilding of New Orleans would benefit more strongly from a massive influx of wealth, which major corporations and buisness would bring, vs the influx of thousands of minimum-wage earners, minus the employment to sustain them. A simple statement, and quite self explanatory. For unknown reasons, he was somehow able to mis-constrew this point of you as to one that includes the death of poor people, and the filling of potholes with their remains. When it's obvious your dealing with a side-show act, I've always found it best to step back and let the performer show the audience.
