welll...ive had flawless experiences with ike sound until now... when they wont answer thier fone for my fuse block order,

I've ordered two Viper 1200.1's, and a Viper 200.4. I got them, but i never hooked any of them up, as I sold all of them eventually...

I had 2 transactions with them. Both failed miserably. Transactions were 1 year apart (Gave them the benefit of the doubt).

I was going to order an amp from them once (actually 'tried' is a better term)

They charged my card immediately upon receipt of my order which initially I didn't sweat too much. A week went by and I had received no "Order Shipped" email yet so I called them. I was told that the unit was on backorder and they'd have some in within the next three days. Another week went by with no "your stuff has shipped" notice and I called back. I was told that the item was still on backorder and (blah blah blah). At this point I was steaming that they had taken my money two weeks previous at this point for an item they never, apparently, had to begin with! I demanded they cancel my order and refund my money. I got an order-cancellation notice within a few minutes of getting off the phone and my card was credited the next morning.

In summary - I don't suppose my experience was completely bad as they processed the refund promptly but it certainly wasn't something that would make me suggest someone buy from them!

Ordered a Directed 1100d5 amplifier from them for almost a year now. It has been absolutely solid.

I also purchased an Orion 600d before the Directed amp. Same thing, no problems whatsoever.

both experiences were good. Both arrived within a week and were in great working condition. my problem is they will never answer your email if you ask them a question.

everything worked great and was shipped when they said. I only recomend NEVER using their website, I always call and talk to some lady and place my order with her and ask if they have it in stock right now. will order again. I wish i lived near them to avoid the crazy shipping but nothing to be done about that

I should be getting my Directed Audio 1500D from them today according to the tracking info from UPS, so far though I have had no problems, but I will post again once I know for sure everything is good.

I ordered a Directed A404 and PG Interconnects from them with no problems. . easy transaction. .

the trick is with companies like that is to not use the website. . call them and speak to them in person. . and GET NAMES

I've tried to contact them with questions and price matches over the years and never once heard back from them. If I were to buy from them, I would only go through ebay on a BIN auction....that way I figure they must have the item in stock:up2somet:

got my Directed 1200.5 on tuesday, only took a week from time of order. I have yet to test or install though
