Bingo!!!

It all has to do with pre-set levels of posts. Just keep in mind- Quality of posts is ALWAYS better than Quantity.

I have senior vip next to my name and i don't know all that much about car audio other than how to install and how to wire up my systems! I guess they (car audio.com people) feel once you post 150 questions/answers you know your ****. Well, i'm still not neccessarily new to car audio but new to all the ohms, spl, etc. So i don't consider myself vip. Its just a title that means very little. Some folks on here take it to another level and their egos get inflated when their 'status' changes!!! Hell, half of my posts are questions or easy common solutions to everyday problems. Like the one dude said(forgot his name!) "its not the quanity but the quality of the posts"!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

well said.

Basically you reach a certain number of posts and your status changes. The Forum Administrator can select the number of posts required to make these status changes. They can also select what user status will appear at each interval.

For instance- instead of saying Senior VIP Member at 150 posts. This could easily be altered by the admin to say: "Genious in Training" or something to that extent.

Like you said though- it means the equivalent of nill.
