sell ppi?

I am not by any means a car audio expert, so maybee you guys can help.

I recently bought a ppi pc 2100 amp,(the gun metal grey, very wide) for about $50, and hooked up a 12" kicker comp (cheap one) for a decent sound @ cheap price. I was approached today and offered $400 for the amp. My friend told me if i sold that amp he could get me a kicker 600w for about $200 off ebay. I want more bass, and am looking at an L7 sub, which amp is better?

If i get the L7 should i keep ppi (pc2100) ar sell it to get the kicker?

Any info you guys can give will be greatly appreciated. can't find much info on the ppi. Thanks again.

If you can get 4 bills for a 2100 sell that bish. You can buy a (2350 350x2@4ohms) for 450-500 bones. There is a 2100 on Ebay now with a 199.00 buy it now and another for 160.00. If you want to keep your amp give the guy my name, I have a few of those old school PPI's. Kicker is a good amp but if you sell it I would look for a bigger PPI with the money you make.

Interesting that I found this thread given my current situation. I'm about to put in two RE SX 15s (gotta wait on the enclosure to get finished) and I have a PCX 2400 from PPI but was considering selling it and buying 2 Elemental Designs Nine.1 amplifiers. If I keep the PPI I will have to buy another at 850 bucks (retail $1495). If I sell it I can get two of the ED amps for what I sell it for. Anybody have any recommendations? Is the ED worth it or should I stick with PPI. Both have plenty of power to push the 15s so my concern is cost and worth. Thanks for any help.
