Self-Appraisal Forms for Employees <Wat does this mean>?

well i believe that they will be giving him a raise for these reasons

1. His best friend is the manager they grew up since 3rd grade i believe

2. he has a asso. degree in ag.

3. his dad is renting out a house to the manager and his gf.

4. they always hang out all the time

but he is lazy and doesnt do alot of work so i dont know if he is getting a raise or not but i am very pissed cause they are ****ing me over on my pay and not even paying me my commision when i was suppose to get it 6 months ago and i also work over night and they dont pay me extra i am actually the lowest paid person here and i have to work the over nights. which i am waiting for to see if i get a raise in aug. bu i do believe his one yr mark is now as well. cause he started a 1-3 months before me thats all i know so can someone now give me input to weather he is most likely getting a raise or fired?

He's getting a fat raise, that's for sure.

If you don't get your year raise, say peace the **** out.
