I checked out their bigger brother, the ButtKicker;

Dude had me stand on the (baffle?) and focus on some leds - made circles like when you look in your rearview - it was interesting.

bass shakers work, there good for trucks and places where you can't fit subs... not sure if those work persay but its not a bad contact.

i have a pair

they are sweet, specially with HT stuff - when you are trying to watch a movie late and people are sleeping. it seriously SOUNDS like you have a big sub. but when you stand up - its totally inaudible. i got the little bass shakers of a 50x2 car amp running off a crappy 12v computer power supply.

i absolutly love them.
