Security Screws

Anybody used these to secure subs to box, box to floor, etc? I was looking at a few websites, most of them require you to buy large amounts that add up to $1000 or more. Any suggestions? They look awesome.

But what you have to realize is the only thing you should worry about securing is your subs to your box. You don't have to buy those special security screws if you don't want. Just get some regular hex screws. Most theives will only have a screwdriver.

I think it might be overkill to bolt the box... I mean it weighs upwards of 60 pounds and the subs are 32 each, so... 128lbs! That has to be one strong person or two hefty guys. The next option would be to try and remove the speakers.

My box is through bolted through the metal frame in the back of my seats with these:

Mine are longer, thicker, and silver, but you get the point.

They're badass bolts. You just need to bolt it on the other side. If you want to be UBER safe, you can try to find these, then leave one side of your box off and use these to tighten your subs.
