Second Skin?

I am gonna get some kind of sound dampening, and I am looking at getting Second Skin. Do I just need to get the original mat thing, or do I have to get Over Kill too? I am just looking to stop the rattling, and am looking at 40 sq. ft. thanx

If you want to stop rattles then you need to get creative with some weather stripping. If you want kill vibration/resonance then you need mass loading (ie deadining). If you want to block sound then you want closed cell foam (ie OverKill).
