Alpine cda-9855 for 4way active?

I have a CDA-9855 and i was wondering do i need to get a seprate processor to do a 4way active

1 DLS a8 (40x4) Mids and tweets

1 DLS a5 (2x85)midbass - (500x1)sub

i just got done reading through the manual and came to this conclusion i plan to run iridium 6.3 therefor i have a tweet midrance midbass and subwoofer and the 3way mode only offers setting for front output wich would be tweet and rear output which would be midbass and sub output fot sub... i was thinkin it would be point less to have the midrange and tweet on the same output settings on the deck then i read on and tells about cutoff freq for 3way setting and it has

low

mid-L

Mid-H

High

so what the hell

IIRC the 9855 lest you bandpass the mids so you can run a sub, mid, and high off the onboard crossover.

i dont know how you would hook up the mid bass if you wanted to use the onboard processing. if you wanted to you could hook up the mid bass off the sub output but you wouldnt be able to bandpass it, and it would play all frequencies from the crossover point down.
