None at the moment.

We only have B-stock product in every now and them.

Maybe twice a year.

Sometimes we get material in that does not meet our advertised specs and we can sell it at a discount, but it is rare.

Occasionally we get stuff in that we can't even sell.

Like this most recent batch of Damplifier Lite.

It came in and we sent out the email announcement, the once we opened it up, we found that they warehouse did not use enough tactifier and the entire batch was shot. They have certian things they are supposed to do for quality control but dude was asleep at the wheel when the stuff come off the line. They sent it anyways and we get 2 pallets of worthless crap.

Can't even sell it as B-stock it is so bad.

So unfortunatly, we do not have any discountable product in our inventory at this time.

if it really did happen theres no way any of us will really KNOW.
although if it did or didnt happen all that the thread did was draw attention to SS. i highly doubt it would give you any less business. if anything it would probably bring more business since people who never heard of SS now have.

Understood, but I would rather not be the company that is known for drawing up business by way of bad publicity. There are plenty of ways to get our meesage out there, and being rude to customers is not one that I want to practice.

go into any "I want deadener, what to buy" thread you will be the first listed.. your name is here in a very good light.. One boo boo whether legitimate or not will not stop that.. Even if it is real everyone has a bad day but what was said is almost unbelievable without proof or someone else experiencing it..

Basically all you have to do is remember if you called any potential customer back and read them the riot act for hanging up on you in the past few weeks. I think that was the most heinous allegation.

I think we all pretty much know thats true. You've taken the time to answer my stupid questions, at length, over the phone, while needing to stop talking every so often to merge in traffic while you were driving home... so I know what type of person you are to your customers. It was just odd to see a regular member like LS2poweredgoat make such a claim. It would be like TommyK making a post claiming Xplod's are great.

I remember that thread...someone (I can't recall who now though) had purchased some wrinkled/damaged Second Skin from you some time ago for a discounted price.

A friend of his was looking for some dampner and this person told his friend to call you, to see if you had anything of the same sort again, for a cheaper than normal price.

Allegedly you were rude to this guys friend.

This guy posted the gist of the story in the general section I think, and JD deleted it for being the unfounded he said/she said pile of crap that it was.
