OC-38 is a simple yet highly effective product consisting of acoustical grade

open cell foam and an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. OC-38 is designed to adhere to the back of plastic panels to absorb rattles, and diminish airborne sound. Once installed, it creates a cushion between the plastic panel and the

metal structure the panel is secured to. OC-38 helps reduce road noise, engine noise and exhaust noise within the cabin of your car and helps keep the music in your car. It is kind of like weather stripping, made out of acoustical only in 9 square foot sheets.
