Second Skin Customer Service?

How's the customer service for Second Skin?

It says on the website that orders will be shipped the next day. I placed an order 2 days ago and I checked the next day and they hadn't shipped it. So I sent them an email asking what was going on. Now 2 days have passed and not only does the website say that my order hasn't been shipped, but they haven't returned my email either.

Raamaudio was so quick to respond to me. Now I'm regretting my decision. Is there anyway for me to get a refund from Second Skin or did I just lose some money?

 
CALL ANT. my order got lost by ups or some crap, so I called Ant and he got everything straightened out within an hour or two. I would never hesitate to do business with SS again. Call them and it will get taken care of.

 
2 days ago was labor day, but they could have shipped it yesterday and today, couldn't they have? If there's some kind of a mix up, I could understand, but they didn't return my email either. I guess I'll try calling them tomorrow.

I don't give people attitudes. I just wanted to know what's going on, since I thought it will be shipped the next day, and I need it soon. Thanks for the replies.

 
Yeah....I would definitely call Ant. I've never had to call him, but from what I hear he'll answer the phone pretty much any time day or night.

So far my experiences w/ Second Skin are great. My first order was promptly shipped, and when I e-mailed him a question I had a response within an hour or two (and this was later at night, not during regular business hours).
