Second Ike Sound Disaster... Check This Shit Out.....aaaaahhhhh!

Ok well in an older thread i made you can see i bought a Bx1800d form ike sound on ebay. 290 shipped for a brand new one. First one got here, Used scraped up and mounted. Today i got my second one after returning the first. And its worse the nthe first Amp. Look at the pics and judge for yourself. Im either filing paypal or Ike sound is going to Mail me a shipping albel because im not spending 15 bucks to ship it again. Mounting hardware has been used.

Dam that sux man, I'm happy I ended up not buying from them. GL, if they lied about the product and didnt pay shipping back the first time, I'd be making pay for shipping both times or filing a claim. If they still didnt want to, I'd call the cops or something. Selling used goods as new ones.... that can't be legal

wow man that sucks. I don't think they are scammers, they are just a company who is very careless of their products and they definately should be punished for doing bad business.

* Save all communications and if you can print the original listing when you bought the product, and how and when you paid for the item.

* Keep pictures of all products they send you and its packageing.

* File claim no matter what they do for you... start the paperwork, if it they manage the situation to your liking great, you can say the case was resolved. If not, then you already have a case open, and paypal/ebay can work on investigating. This will also help ebay weed out the scamers.

Honestly, if a company is selling refurbs as new items, I could care less how many good refs they have.

It's clear they have no business sense whatsoever. They simply bait people in with their low prices then send them the wrong item, a flawed item, or no item at all and say it's "backordered." The result is a never ending cycle of battles with them. Not worth it.
