I wonder if he was involved in any illegal activities. Because this all sounds like it was calculated shooting, especially when just a week before someone broke into the house and left a knife on his bed….kinda makes you wonder if anything else was going on…

I respect him as a player, but doesn't seem like too much of a moral individual. I hope he can recover, he'd be a huge loss to the team, and he's so young.

Last update saide he has been responsive to doctors. So things are looking up. But he's still in intensive care.

He GF alerted him as to a possible intruder. He grabbed a kitchen knife and went to confront them, when they open fire hitting him in the thigh/groin area,severing a major artery.

Sean Taylor is not a piece of shit. He's only 24 for fvck sake. He's still a kid. He has done some shitty things but that doesn't make him a shitty person.

He is a shitty person. And hes not even that good. Last year he missed a fuvkload of tackles trying to lay people out. Half the players in the NFL are ghetto trash anyways.

And one of the best safeties in the league.

No hes not...maybe one of the best HITTING safeties...but hes not a really smart player.

No hes not...maybe one of the best HITTING safeties...but hes not a really smart player.

Yes, he does miss tackles trying to make the big play. But he is a playmaker. He was 21st in the league in tackles and had 3 forced fumbles. He's a playmaker and a hell of a hitter. He is a smart player, he just needs to learn to fit into the system better, which will come with time.

He's had one run in with the law...when he went after a guy that stole his ATV's. Did he go about it the wrong way? Sure.

Now, his house gets broken into. He grabs the closest thing he has to protect his daughter and GF and takes one for the family.

God forbid he's human and has made a mistake in his life before. Certainly nothing even close to warrant this attack

Agree, people on here acting like they know the dude. I hope he recovers being he was such a good player and he may have had a run in with the law, but he was trying to get over that.
