Don't want to use terminal cups going to run the wire from the sub terminals out of the box. What should i use to seal around the wire coming out of the box

Got an ebay box for an l7 figured sealing wires in the back would be less of an epic fail than them coming out of the port

on the outside of the threaded rod would you just use some ring terminals?
