Sealant?

What is the best sealant to use? Do you apply the sealant on the surfaces that will be touching each other (as if it was glue) or just in the inside seams?

Wood glue directly inbetween in some liquid nails or other siliocone sealent in the seams, if your cuts are good all you will really need is wood glue
