sdc2.5 vs zv3

I have 4 sdc2.5 15s in 13 tuned to 35. They are being run by a pair of strapped bc3500ds. Do you think I would see a significant gain by swapping the subs out for zv3 15s?

Same power and cone area so very likely not. However, there will be a difference in sound. Just depends on how you like them to sound.

Im guessing you aren't putting much power to the SDCs. So 4 ZV3s on full power would be much louder.

That's what I was thinking. No way can the sdc handle everything those amps have

The motor force of the Z will beat it no matter how much power you have.
