Scientists can create blackhole and end the universe?

A hadron collider of this size can probably create a black hole. The thing you have to realize is that the black holes not only take in energy and matter, they release it too. In a case like this, it was created with piddly amounts of matter, meaning they will burn themselves out in like .0000000000000002 seconds (probably not much of an exaggeration, if any at all). They will release a miniscule amount of radiation, collape into themselves and disappear forever. It won't be the type of black hole you get when a star collapes, this will be billions of times smaller.

(yes, I'm a physics student, almost grad).

they are going to **** matter in yeah, that's what a black hole does. However, it's energy out is always going to be more than what it's taking in. Since it has very little mass to begin with it wont' be stable, just like almost everything else a particle accelerator creates.
