The kids aren't being harassed... they are being informed.. If my dad was doing shit i would want to know.. His wife needs to know more but still... i think some one should just slash his tires once a month.. hes too far away for me.. but hell even if you didn't want to go up to his ****** infested house use a .22 and pop em from far and drive off.. 1 tire each month.. thats more than 175
