I bought a radio off of ebay, item never came. I couldn't get a hold of the seller. I filed the complaint a couple of days after the auction. The claim finially cleared tonight. The seller has shut down his ebay and paypal account so now I'm ****ed out of $350.

Makes me real ****ing happy, especially after my car got sideswiped last night.

And let me just say that contact was amazing until the auction ended.

Did you request the contact info for the seller...name, phone #, etc from eBay?

****kin scammer asssholes.....burn in hell you ****kkkin pieces of sssshit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Don't feel bad man, some ***** scammed me for $385 just receintly....never sent item...filed complaint and did get the $175 back under the buyer protection policy. I can use chargeback b/c I paid by credit card but then that closes the case.

I'm in the process of taking the ***** to small claims court....or at least threatining it so she gets her ssshit together and makes it right.

I would get the details on the scumbag and call the local Police Department. That's what I did I my case and the Sargent called the bitc# on my behalf. Of course the bitc# lied to him and said she paid me back...typical criminal behavior //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Keep us posted on how it goes man. Sorry to hear about your situation and let us know if we can help you out!!!!

So let me get this straight...

if you pay for some thing by paypal. Lets say you buy some rims for like $2,000.00 you pay the guy instantly via Paypal. The guy goes and spends the money right away and then closes his paypal and ebay account (which I dont know how he could do both). Thats it? The guy just gets to keep $2,000.00 and that is the end of the story?

Pretty much man, PayPal is ****kking weak....my patience with them is worn VERY thin!! They say they are working on your behalf, but they really don't do ssshit! For something like that, you gotta go escrow //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Yep. If he withdrawls the money and closes the account, it's his.

I haven't contacted ebay. I have to go get an estimate on my car and I'm going to take care of that today.

Once I get his information, I plan on taking him to court, or taking a road trip.

WOW...I didn't even think you were allowed to close your paypal or ebay account.
