what happened on the 13th when he was shipping the amp?

He never did,He just final sent it out,he told me many different times it was on it's way.Another time he said he sent it and it went to the wrong address.Another time it was going express mail and never got it.I got a tracking number that said it will be here on the 30th. and sent on the 27th.This is some hope because i know others waiting for money or stuff.I guess i'm going to find out?
