Actually I really like their amps josh no secret there.

Im interested to see the response, as dbeez is the first one to side with the SAZ somewhat.

I see 90% of the SAZ-3500s go for $700 plus shipping.

I got my RD 7500.1 for $950 shipped...

Why would anyone pay $700 for a used 3500watt amp. When I can get a 7500 watt amp for $250 more. And the funny thing is. RD uses sundowns design. They are very very similar amps. (the rd 1750 is basically a saz 1500)

I got my Exile amp which did 5000watts plus for the same price as a saz 3500.

My brother got a used exile 2400 for about $200 less than a saz 2500...

They seem over priced for the same quality you can get else where.

Only aq hate I have is subs but like I said earlier I never ran their newer stuff surely softparts are better but not my style all pro audio and super tweets I am not a fan of I dont care who makes them.

The transferrable warranty is a big plus on the sundown amps resale value.

anybody that would say otherwise is just nuthuggin, there is no magic dust in the saz amps, they are built solid, but so are the aq's, so this boils down to new vs used and in this case I would go new 100% of the time

I figured as much... now the debate is if the sundown still have the warranty, would that be the better choice? AQ having no transferable warrantee.

Yes I read your post. Since you have no problem buying a used one. I pick buy whichever one is cheaper used. Which is the AQ. I see a used one in the classified section for 550$ shipped. I also see a Sundown 2500 for 700$ shipped.

It's also no brainer to pick the brand new one vs a used one if they are both the same price.
