i run a pr of 40.1s in a street class car. they are very strong amps but i have never had a chance to compare to the sundown. i have heard nothing but good things about sundown. the company support is excellent for both companies. but like jacob said not sure if they are going to be making the 40.1s any more.

pawn man origionally made a post under my name so we edited my post and he posted it under his name...so I just put that to have something to say..

What I ment was "I don't believe you can buy a 40.1 anymore, from my understanding they have been discontinued." Thats why I asked if you could get a 40.1

Then my comment about "40.1 = AB500.1 so I've heard" was intended to suggest looking at a 500.1 if you cant find a 40.1

I got jumbled up trying to ninja edit and wait on customers

Id say 3000d is better daily amp.....40.1 better burp/beater amp
