If they did that type of punishment here there would be less crimes but the crimes that do happen would probably be more disturbing. They should have crucified him alive. and castrated in front of the public. Thou he would not last that long as people would resort to their own forms of punishment like trowing objects at him... Sadly that probably doss happen here but too many to put each one on a headline. I would like to know how much they will give that guy for kidnapping and raping that girl for 18 years.

See there's not alot different between Texans and Saudi's... Not sure where all of the hatred came from? They are both religous fanatics and like killing criminals. They both possess lots of oil and live in the fuking desert. Not much of a difference in my book.

You all assume that they caught the right guy which is not always the case. It's one of the reasons to avoid these sorts of punishments; not sympathy for the criminal, but sympathy for that always present small percentage of innocent people convicted of crimes they didn't commit.

Their will always be wrongfully convicted people in jails, been that way since we decided to put people in cages for their crimes instead of corporal punishment

I think that any kind of heinous crime deserves a heinous punishment. If you are sick and twisted enough to **** children, then you deserve to have your legs and arms ripped off by chains attached to said limbs, then die from the shock and blood loss.
