Meter will be at the outside the vehicle, official rules will be posted shortly. It will be a new format under the new competition in NY. Catergories will be set by Wall/No Wall, 30-39 HZ and 40 Hz to 50 Hz, no burps and has to be music. Window(s) have to be open on window side only and sunroof closed. Small , Medium and Large vehicles seperated. (vans) Superlarge. Plus alot more...
