samsung t809 and lawn mower

i got here is a dead lcd screen samsun t809. the phone calls and receives but dead screen. asking $15 shipped.

i got an electric lawn mower from black and decker. 5 years old. dont know whats wrong with it but we had the repair shop replace a switch or something like that. pick up in norcal.
