Sales agreement between babsuhl81 , njtstang11 , and Spooney

Posting this sales agreement for @babsuhl81 ; @NJTStang11 ; and myself. NJTSTANG11 is buying babsuhl81's Alpine MRD-M1005 for 100 dollars . babsuhl81 is buying a Power Acoustik A3000db from me for the same amount. Instead of payment going to babsuhl81 and then to me NJTSTANG11 is sending paypal my way for me to hold until babsuhl81 has shipped the alpine amp to NJTSTANG11. Once the alpine has made it to NJTSTANG11 and he is satisfied I will ship the Power Acoustik A3000db to babsuhl81 . Confusing I know but all parties have agreed to this deal. Hoping they both chime in on this thread.
