I have just a quick question. I downloaded salary expert, and it gives three different salaries for minneapolis (or any area). The projected average, 16.7 percentile, and 66.7 percentile. Download and see what I mean, even though most of you probably do already know lol. What do those percentiles mean?

i lied, i have another question.

The average earner would have an equivalent "Renter's Buying Power" of $52,112. Thats what it says for an electronics technician for minneapolis, what does this mean too?

I think they are saying that 16-67% of people make between the low and high salary. Saying that 50% fall in the salary range they listed. I checked out my job title and I'm making about $200 less a year than the average.
