Here's an idea...We, the US, mind our own ****ing business and stay out of other peoples affairs. Let the Muslims kill the Jews, let the Jews kill the Muslims, ect. I don't see how out holier than thou, out way or the highway tactics are gonne bring any change or resolution to 1000+ year old conflict.

Any real thinking person would unserstand why he needed to be taken out of power.

It was omited from being widely reported that they had ALL of the materials to make long range nuclear warheads except the plutonium and ignition devices. Which are easily and quickly disposed of before we get there. Especially when we give them 48hrs notice we are going.

Muslums vs Jews isnt the case. It's radical muslums vs radical jews, the muslums being the main instegators. They dont just hate jews. They hate everyone who isnt their religion and beleive they will receive 74 virgins if they commit ******* while killing others.

The Muslum Jew Conflict is just the largest because the Jews are a short drive from them. If Vadicant city was right by the dessert there would be just as much tension....because there are radical christians.

The average muslum or jew over there do not want to kill each other. Seddam was simply looking to further his power and was feeding into the radical muslum attacks.

I'm not denying that this could have been handled better, and we should keep our nose out of others business untill it starts to affect us. But it is too late and if we pull out now it will end up being a lot worse than it is now. Either way we removed a powerful radical leader and that is NEVER a bad thing.

Says who? People carry on every day life all the time there. It is NOT in constant riot mode. There are small sections where batle ensues...the rest of the country it is carrying on like before...only with liberation from a radical leader.

i still disagree with trying to force democracy at gun point down the throats of others, especially when we cant even provide health-care to all of our citizens or keep from cutting student aid.

If he was really a threat, we would have just toppled his regime during the first gulf war, and replaced him with some equally oppressive and brutal dictatorship. That certainly would have been better than trying to organize their country into a working and functional democracy; democracy is something your society has to want and fight for, not something you force upon others because you think you know how they should live better than they do.
