Man i cant stand that animal planet show animal police or wahtever, seeing animals suffering badly makes me want to wretch it hurts me so much.
Congress actually passed a bill called "no pets left behind" that requires emergency services to accomodate for the evacuation of animals as well as people.

that show takes place a lot in detroit, and they don't show the half of what goes on. there would be pitbulls wandering the streets constantly. dog fighting is a big thing here. idk why

they just let them run here and that's why a lot of kids get attacked. lot of loose pitbulls. also in the bad neighborhoods people use pitbulls for protection and they get stolen and used for fighting. we had a collie but we kept a close eye on him cause people would steal pure breads and either sell them or breed them. there was shit going on where people would steal pure breads, mate them, kill the male dog, sell the puppies and kill the female dog

there was a pet shop around my way where I bought one of my cockatiels

it burned to the ground a couple of weeks ago....most of the pets didnt make it...all the birds died in the fire

that really fucked my week up

Hence the reason those dogs have bad reps and my wife would never let me get one. Shes of course closed minded. A pet will act the way its raised.
