Got a harbor freight close by ? They always have a decent set of router bit's on sale for like $20-$25. Comes with a couple different round overs among other bits. Don't care much for the tools there. But the bits seem pretty good. Had the previous set for three years. No sanding. Sprayed with SEM texture coat and painted black with basic satin spray paint. All edges but the bottom ones rounded, port flared inside and out. I think I used a 1/2" radius bit on these. I used a 3/8" on the panels for the amps. A router table with a fence is a must IMO for doing both sides of a panel. The box took about 15 min to do.

Spend the money on a good carbide bit. It will last much longer and cuts MDF much better than high speed steel.
