s-10 reg cab glassing project

need help on glassing a box for a s-10 reg cab to hold 2 12 l7's and a 1200.1 kicker amp. should i do part wood or all fiberglass and help me with the dimentions. thanks

u get no demensions with glass lol. build it, fill it with packin peanuts and see what u got.

Use as much wood as you can would be my advice. If the area its gonna sit is full of odd angles and such, then make the base out of glass aswell. But in general, where you CAN use wood, USE wood.

any idea how i can make a recessed amp rack on it? also the are no angles at all besides the recessed amp rack and a little are to get away form the center console. so i geuss use wood beside on he front piece

u could...of u could layer up glass. its not gunna be so weak that it breaks if u glass the front, and will probably be better looking than wood. the only way you will get these close to in your truck, is sealed. and thats pushin it unless your a small guy. i would run one on either side of the truck and your amp running vertical in the middle. with the wood rings/amp rack strength will be no proble for you if you layer up the glass a good bit.

ya i am not a small guy but im def. going sealed with 1.75 cu feet. and i geuss with maing ring or squares now i would go about it the same way.
