my one-time lack of seatbelt wear-age saved my ass. i ALWAYS put it on. it's an unconscious action. somehow i didn't put it on that night, and it saved my ass. if i had worn it, that fence post you see in the drivers window would be in my chest.

Hypocrites in this thread. It's amazing how many people preach about not drinking and driving when their sober but still do it anyway. Even if you only have 1 or 2 and aren't over the limit, your still impaired. I've done it, I'll admit it.

if i have more than 1 beer i do not drive. it's that simple. if you're a lightweight then don't have the one. they just upgraded the DUI laws here to where if you're double the limit you get double the consequences.
