Anybody ran about 4+ runs of 0/1 through a Silverado ? Can I get it all through the fire wall with some new wholes or just better off running it along the frame with some protective sleaves and straps?

I'd have no qualms about running weld wire along the frame. If its CA wire, I'd attach pvc pipe to it, and run it through that.

I was thinking some thick *** hosing (which might be what your saying XD)

Yeah, pretty much. Although I don't see why PVC piping wouldn't work. There's tons of fittings, for making virtually any bend needed, at your local hardware store. But the majority of it would be a straight run down the inside of a frame rail.
