I have a kenwood amp kenwood 749s, now I am selling 1 of my kicker comp vr subs, just to loud for me, soo what I want to do since the Kenwood is a 4 channel Soo basically what I want to do is hook 1 vc to one bridged channel and the other VC 2 othe bridged channel, should this give me any problem, if bot channels are set the same?

Thanks!

Well, remember, the voice coils really shouldn't have any "different" signals going to them. If your 4 ch amp has two gain settings, crossovers, it'll be touchy to get them right. You'll also have to split your RCA input signal so that it acts as two inputs that are exactly equal. It can be done, but it'll be a trick to do - probably not a great thing to do long-term.

Your subs are most likely dual 4 ohm subs, and your amp is a 2 ohm stable amp

wire your subs parallel and you'll have one positive and one negative left, run those into your amp and you will have a 2 ohm load, this here should sound good
