Running an LC7i. Should I add a bass enhancer (like an Epicenter)

Although I’m in my early 20s, I do enjoy all kinds of music. Unfortunately a lot of older stuff and country lacks rich, powerful bass. I’ve heard that epicenters and the like can really bring that bass alive. Currently I have a simple “system” with an LC7i. Won’t do a HU because it’s a pain for these Acura TLs and will be selling it within the coming months anyway. Can the epicenter or a similar product easily be connected to the LC7i and can the existing wiring for the bass knob for the lc7i be repurposed to run a knob for a bass enhancer? Please let me know how a epicenter can be connected and suggest your top pics for cheaper alternatives (I know Soundstream and others make similar products) thanks!

PS , I know my system is cr@p :) I have plans for an Alpine HU, Morel comps, and Image Dynamics subs for a new VW Jetta I have my eye on

Thanks for the feedback. It was a long shot but there will definitely be much more powerful subs in the trunk, so clearing it out isn't an option...
