Running 2 w6's

If i were to buy (2) jl audio w6's, then what amp would you all reccomend to run them?

I would say a jbl 1200.1 or a boss ripper 1400.2

but if i was going to buy htem they are from a friend, and the box is wired with the two input channel things to each sub, would i be able to use the JBL 1 channel amp?

Yea I would think so, but what are the w6 peak? Just hook them mono to the 1 channel. It should be fine, but get more info from others.

im runnin 2 w6v2's off of a jbl 1200.1 and they work great
