A friend of mine has one in his basement and has offered it to me.

I am interested in buying it and was wondering how much do these sell for used in good condition?

I want to make him a fair offer.

Also any info on this amp would be appreciated.

Not to sure what it would be worth now but when I bought my 502 about 4 or 5 years ago the amp cost me around 400. i think the msrp on them was a lot higher than that though. I would prob pay bout a hundred bucks or so for a used 502. they are really good amps. never had problems with mine no matter how hard i beat on it. Only thing odd i remember is it used to get extremely hot but never shut off!!
