rrrrrrrrrrr! this is what happened

ok, i have my rear speakers hooked to an amp, i pulled one of the speakers out from the top and unhooked the wired from the speaker while the cars on. and the wire fell through the speakers hole into my trunk and touched some of the car metal and the wire sparked. Did i blow out this channel?
