router bits

Like supa said, flush doenst matter on the size. For a roundover, I recommend a 3/8" bit. This is because, when you go to your over your port ends, it will give you a perfect rounded edge. 3/8+3/8+3/4. You can get a few different sizes of bits also for rounding over other parts.

 
buy qaulity bits that will last you for years instead of these one job wonders...

look into freud bits or cmt . These are what I use in commercial and residental finishing and millwork..... great stuff and worth the money...

Freud are my favorite, DeWalt bits are also pretty good and sometimes easier to find. Never tried CMT. Good bits (and blades for that matter) are a huge part of getting quality work.
